Produção Sococo

Sococo, with headquarters in Maceió (AL), was founded in 1966 and started out as the largest and most modern coconut-based product factory in the world. It has evolved ever since.

Today, Sococo distributes coconut products all over Brazil and the world, conducting research and employing state-of-the-art technology in facilities in the states of Pará and Alagoas.

In the state of Pará the company runs the largest coconut farm in Brazil in Mojú, and coconut derived products (coconuts and coconut water for direct consumption and the husk as an agricultural substrate) are processed in modern factory facilities in Ananindeua (city within the metropolitan area of the state capital).

In Maceió the factory where it all started remains in the forefront. Company headquarters and management team are also based in the state capital of Alagoas.
